Web

The concept of the Web, often referred to as the World Wide Web or simply "WWW," is a system of interlinked hypertext documents and multimedia content that is accessed via the Internet using web browsers. Invented by British computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee in 1989, the Web revolutionized the way people access and share information, making it possible to navigate from one piece of content to another through clickable links, commonly known as hyperlinks. Unlike the Internet, which is the underlying infrastructure that enables different networks to communicate, the Web is one of the services built on top of it. It serves as a vast, digital public space where people can publish or view web pages, engage in social networking, conduct business transactions, and much more, often in real-time and across geographical boundaries.
